asked the Minister for Social Welfare the amount of moneys sought to be recovered by way of prosecutions or otherwise by his Department for abuse of the social welfare code for the years 1973, 1974 and 1975.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare the number of prosecutions for abuses of the social welfare code for the years 1973, 1974 and 1975; and the number of prosecutions in the years 1973, 1974 and 1975 which were dismissed at the conclusion of the individual proceedings.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare the number of persons fined, and the amount of the fines in each case, for abuses of the social welfare code for the years 1973, 1974 and 1975.

13.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare the amount of moneys recovered, arising from abuses of the social welfare code, for the years 1973, 1974 and 1975.

14.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will give a detailed statement of the number of prosecutions for abuses of the social welfare code under all the various headings of entitlement for the years 1973, 1974 and 1975.

15.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare the numbers of persons sentenced to a term of imprisonment for abuses of the social welfare code and the length of the term of imprisonment in each case for the years 1973, 1974 and 1975.
