asked the Minister for Social Welfare the number of complaints, investigations and prosecutions initiated by or brought to the attention of his Department in respect of non-compliance by employers, sub-contractors and others engaged in the construction industry, in repect of stamping of social insurance cards and statutory payments for their employees for each of the years 1970 to 1975 inclusive.

Separate statistics of instances of non-compliance with the Social Welfare Acts are not kept in respect of employers engaged in the construction industry.
