Vol. 291 No. 1

Written Answers. - Dundrum (Dublin) School.

78.

asked the Minister for Education if he will make a statement on the progress to date in the provision of a 12-classroom extension to the Dundrum boys' and girls' national school, County Dublin.

My Department has approved the carrying out of an extension/improvement scheme at the Holy Cross Boys' and Girls' National Schools, Dundrum, which will include the erection of 12 additional permanent classrooms. These classrooms will replace the prefabricated classrooms presently in use at the school. I understand that the sketch plans for the scheme which were submitted by the parish architects are at present being revised by them following consultation with my Department and the Office of Public Works.
