Vol. 294 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Teaching Careers.

28.

asked the Minister for Education the number of British-trained teachers and Northern Ireland-trained teachers who started a teaching career this year.

The number in national schools is 144 and the number in second-level courses is 22.

Can the Parliamentary Secretary distinguish between those who are British-trained and those who are Six County-trained?

I do not seem to have the information broken down in that form.
