asked the Minister for Lands if a proposal on property in County Dublin proposed to be auctioned (details supplied) is part of an allocation made by the Land Commission for the purpose of a smallholders' scheme; and, if so, if he will state (a) the date of allocation (b) the area of the allocation and (c) if consent for disposal has been given by the Land Commission and the considerations involved.

Cavan): The lands concerned comprise a plot of 4½ acres allotted by the Land Commission in September, 1965, and subsequently vested in the allottee under the Land Acts and registered. A general consent to the subdivision of the plot for building purposes, pursuant to section 12 of the Land Act, 1965, was given by the Land Commission in November, 1975.
