The design of the Ballybrian group water scheme is at present under examination in my Department. If it is found to be in order the formal approval of the Offaly County Council to it will be sought. It will be necessary to synchronise work on this scheme with work on the public scheme being carried out by the Offaly County Council, from which the group will receive its water supply.
