Vol. 294 No. 9

Written Answers. - Offaly Old Age Pension.

79.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare when an old age non-contributory pension will be paid to a person (name supplied) in County Offaly who applied on the 14th April, 1976.

An old age pension at the maximum rate together with an adult dependant's allowance was awarded to the person concerned with effect from 6th July, 1976 by an appeals officer's decision of the 29th November 1976. A pension order book at the appropriate rate of £16.10 weekly and arrears of pension have now been issued.
