Vol. 295 No. 4

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 3, 4, 13, 17, 16 (resumed) and 18, Votes 14, 30 and 31 for division at 8.30 p.m. By agreement, the Second Stage of the Maritime Jurisdiction (Amendment) Bill will be taken in Private Members' time from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. By agreement, the Dáil will sit until 10.30 p.m.

Does that mean, that by order now made by the Taoiseach, we can go ahead with item No. 3 at 7 o'clock, or has there to be a formal moving of it?

I will be calling on Deputy Gallagher again to move that the Second Stage be taken today and then it will go into Private Members' time.

I take it that since Deputy Gallagher is in Luxembourg, we can nominate a substitute?

I move now that——

I am sorry, I must get back to Private Business. I will be calling on Deputy Haughey in due course. The Minister for Local Government is to proceed with the Second Reading of the private Bill.
