Cavan): New legislation would not be required in order to apply to Bord na Móna employees benefits similar to those which may be granted to employees of the ESB under section 3 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Bill, 1976. Under the Turf Development Act, 1953, it is open to Bord na Móna to submit for my approval amending superannuation schemes.
