This is an expensive scheme for replacement of an existing system. Contract documents were submitted to my Department in March, 1975, and further information in July, 1976. However, in view of the restrictions on the capital available for sanitary services schemes and the continuing high level of priority demands, I am not in a position to approve of the proposals for Kilfenora at present.
