I am informed by the Electricity Supply Board that the residence of the person in question is located in the board's Ballinlough rural area where, because of prior commitments, work under the 1971-75 scheme of rural electrification did not commence until October, 1976. The board add that the applicant's premises will, it is expected, be connected to the electricity supply within the next three months.
