I move:
That a sum not exceeding £31,710,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on 31st day of December, 1977, for grants-in-aid of an tÚdarás um Árd-Oideachas, certain Higher Education Institutions and Services and the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies.
