I have had inquiries made in the Land Commission in this case and I find that the bog in question comprises registered land. In these circumstances it is not a matter for the Land Commission to define the boundaries of individual plots.
I understand that a Land Commission inspector recently interviewed the party concerned and informed him of the position.
