I cannot say when I will be in a position to convey a decision to the local authority on this scheme the revised preliminary proposals for which are under examination in my Department.

asked the Minister for the Environment when his Department will sanction the proposal submitted by Kerry County Council to enable work to commence on the long over-due Fenit sewerage scheme.
The local authority's proposals regarding the acceptance of a tender for the construction of this scheme were received in my Department on 18th November and are being examined.
