A preliminary investigation as to the feasibility of dividing this commonage was carried out a few years ago. The matter was not, however, proceeded with as it transpired that the majority of the co-owners were not in fact interested in division.
I have asked the Land Commission for an up-to-date report on the matter and will arrange to have the Deputy informed of the position in due course.
