asked the Minister for the Environment if he will indicate for each local rating authority the following information for the year ending 31 December 1977: (1) the total number of new houses which are currently in benefit, either in full or in part, of a phased reduction of domestic rates, i.e., the nine year reduction of valuations on eligible new houses; (2) the total rateable valuations of the houses described above for the year ending 31 December 1977; and (3) the total rateable valuation of the houses above when the nine-year period phased reductions will have been completed.
