The person referred to by the Deputy submitted two medical certificates to my Department indicating incapacity for work from 22 March 1978 to 6 April 1978. Allowing for the 12 waiting days applicable in the case of pay-related benefit, only two days' benefit was due on his claim for the period and this has been paid.
