asked the Taoiseach the number of people unemployed in Limerick city and county at the present time; and the corresponding figure for the same date in 1977.

The number of persons on the live register who were resident in Limerick city and county on 28 April 1978 was 6,095. The corresponding figure for 29 April 1977 was 6,196.
