asked the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy the amount of aid which has been paid to foreign industrialists in Cork city and county during the past ten years; and, during the same period of time, the amount paid to foreign industrialists for the setting up of factories in (1) Charleville, (2) Newmarket, (3) Kanturk, and (4) Millstreet, County Cork.

: The total amount of aid paid by the Industrial Development Authority to industrialists in Cork city and county during the past ten years was £41,314,020. Of this amount £19,538,933 was paid to new overseas industrialists.
