: When this house was inspected last month the inspector reported that some essential work had still to be completed and that the applicant was not in occupation. My Department recently were notified that the house has been completed and is occupied. Accordingly, arrangements have been made for a further inspection with a view to the payment of the balance of the grant, if in order.
