: Delivery times in the two areas mentioned by the Deputy are unavoidably somewhat later than formerly as a result of a reorganisation of delivery arrangements to grant a Monday to Friday working week to postmen in accordance with a staff claim settled last year. It is intended to review the revised arrangements after a "settling-in" period with a view to possible improvements in delivery times.
