: I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that the 24,000 square feet advance factory being built by the IDA at Roscommon town is now nearing completion.
Negotiations are in progress at present with an overseas promoter on the question of locating an industrial project in the factory but a final decision is not expected for some time.
