With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 338, 346 and 363 together. The price of building land, including land for housing, and the recommendations of the Kenny Report are under review in my Department. I am very concerned about increases in land prices. The whole matter is under very active consideration but this consideration has to take full account of all the relevant aspects of the complex issues involved. However, I have no proposals to nationalise all building land for urban housing needs nor did the Kenny Report so recommend.
