My Department maintain close liaison with the Department of Education in this connection. Existing agricultural training at these colleges has been sup-plemented this year by a national certificate course in agricultural science jointly provided by Waterford Regional Technical College and Kildalton Agricultural and Horticultural College. Further proposals will be developed as may be necessary.
