Detailed proposals have not been received from Dún Laoghaire Borough Corporation. A request was received from the Corporation for special grant of £500,000 in 1978 towards the cost of the scheme. As the lands required for the scheme are the subject of compulsory purchase order proceedings I am not in a position to say when work will commence. The allocation of funds does not arise at this stage.
