The Housing Authorities (Borrowing and Management) Regulations, 1974 (Amendment) Regulations, 1978, were made by me with the consent of the Minister for Finance on 15 September 1978 prescribing the forms of transfer order to be used by local authorities when selling their dwellings or disposing of the fee simple interest in houses already sold by them and were laid on the table of the House on 22 September last. The revised transfer orders comply with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) Act, 1978 and the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No. 2) Act, 1978. Copies of the regulations were circulated to local authorities on 6 October 1978.
