I am presently involved in an overall review of manpower policy in the context of the employment aspects of the Green Paper "Development for Full Employment". All aspects of manpower policy and the various instruments and institutions involved in this policy are comprehended by my review. The Government's decisions arising from my review will be set out in the White Paper which is due to be published next month.
