Vol. 310 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Waterford Death Gratuity.

9.

asked the Minister for Education why a death gratuity, due to the family of a deceased teacher (details supplied) in County Waterford, has not been paid.

My Department have requested the submission of grant of probate or letters of administration, as the case may be, in the case in question. As soon as this documentation becomes available, arrangements will be made for the payment of the appropriate death gratuity to the deceased teacher's legal personal representative.
