asked the Minister for the Environment when a grant for the installation of water and sewerage facilities for a person (details supplied) in County Meath, will be paid, having regard to (1) that Meath County Council notified his Department in March 1977 that the work was completed, (2) that it is understood that an inspector has passed the work, and (3) that this person is an invalid, whose only income is from social welfare.
