I presume the Deputy is referring to the Council of EEC Fisheries Ministers held in Brussels on 23-24 November 1978. Discussions centred on total allowable catches for 1979, fishing plans, conservation measures, structural policy and agreement with third countries. No decisions were taken at the council.
