Vol. 310 No. 9

Written Answers. - Fishery Training School.

112.

asked the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry if he is satisfied that the qualifications of the candidates appointed to the positions of education and training executive at the National Fishery Training School, Greencastle, County Donegal, and of advisory services' executive, are in line with those sought by An Bord Iascaigh Mhara in their advertisements for these posts.

Under the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 the appointment of its staff is a function of An Bord Iascaigh Mhara. I have full confidence in the board in its performance of this function.
