asked the Minister for Health the total expenditure of the Health Education Bureau in 1978 under the following headings: (a) administration, (b) advertising on radio and television, (c) advertising in national and provincial newspapers and magazines, (d) provision of diaries for 1979, (e) other printed material, and (f) show-jumping sponsorship and entertainment and so on, and if he will state under each separate heading the estimated budget for 1979.

The information requested by the Deputy is contained in the following table which, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report.

The estimated total expenditure of the Health Education Bureau in 1978 was £1 million. The estimated total expenditure of the bureau in 1979 will be £1,250,000. The allocation of this sum to the headings mentioned by the Deputy has not yet been agreed by the bureau.
