I am advised by the Commissioner of Valuation that the delay was partly due to difficulties in identifying the property in the valuation lists on the basis of the documentation received and also, regrettably, partly due to misfiling in the Valuation Office.
I understand that the case has now been dealt with by both the Valuation Office and the Revenue Commissioners.
