The information requested by the Deputy is contained in a report drawn up by the European Parliament's Committee on Budgets, Document 503/78 dated 11 December 1978, which is available in the Library of the House. That report shows the amendments and modifications proposed by the Parliament on 25 October 1978 to the draft budget established by the Council on 18 July 1978 and the decisions taken by the Council on those proposals on 20 November 1978. The full text of the amendments and modifications proposed by the Parliament is contained in Annex II to the Minutes of Parliament's sitting of 25 October 1978 which is also available in the Library of the House. The 1979 budget, which the President of the Parliament declared to have been finally adopted on 15 December 1978, showed no change from that forwarded to the Parliament by the Council following its meeting on 20 November 1978.
