Vol. 313 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Health Benefit Claim.

13.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare why an insured worker (details supplied) who applied for health benefit some weeks ago has not received payment since.

Cheques in payment of disability benefit have been issued in respect of the person concerned at the rate of £42.20 a week from 16 February 1979, the fourth day of incapacity, to 30 March 1979. This is the maximum rate of flat rate benefit applicable to a married man with five qualified children. The cheques may be collected at the Employment Exchange, Drogheda.
