With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 233, 234, 235 and 236 together.

I assume that the Deputy is referring to GTP Ltd. which acquired the assets of Galway Textile Printers in 1973.

The information in respect of grants requested by the Deputy in so far as the years up to and including 1977 are concerned is available in the relevant annual reports of the Industrial Development Authority. Their reports have been placed before the Houses of the Oireachtas and were made available in the Dáil Library.

A grant has also been approved in respect of spinning and weaving facilities and particulars will appear in due course in the annual reports of the Industrial Development Authority.

The question of the company's tax affairs is a matter for the Revenue Commissioners. However, I understand that it is not the practice to release information on individual companies.

I am not in a position to give figures for the profits and losses of this firm. The company is a private company and the law does not require such companies to file accounts with the Registrar of Companies.

With regard to the matter of subsidies, I understand that no subsidies have been paid to this company.

Question No. 237 withdrawn.
