Vol. 315 No. 13

Written Answers. - Dublin Grant Application.

132.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding an application for a grant to a person (details supplied) in Dublin and if he will expedite the application in view of the delay to date.

An application under the old scheme of reconstruction grants for the replacement of defective windows was received by Dublin Corporation from the person named in May 1977. The first inspection revealed that the applicant had converted the attic into sleeping accommodation. She was requested to furnish planning permission for this work but to date she has not done so. Until she does, no further action can be taken by the coporation in regard to a grant.
