The draft of a Bill to regulate roadside trading is being examined by my Department. Consultation with other Departments will be necessary. Because of the legal complexities of this measure I am not in a position to say when this examination will be completed. However, I would like to assure the House that I am very anxious that the text of this measure should be circulated to Deputies as soon as possible.
