asked the Minister for the Environment if he will expedite the sanction of the tender accepted by Dublin County Council for the construction of a new public library at Deansgrange, County Dublin.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 480 and 481 together.
I am aware of Dublin County Council's proposals for the provision of a library at Deansgrange. Final documentation in the matter has not yet been furnished to my Department. When this is received the question of an appropriate capital allocation will be considered having regard to the capital available for library projects generally.
