The scheme has been extensively publicised. It was advertised in the national newspapers and there have been press statements through the Government Information Services. Health boards were requested to arrange for similar publicity locally. An explanatory leaflet incorporationg an application form is available from health board offices. This leaflet lists the local offices of the health boards.
