With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 441 and 442 together.

In their Industrial Plan 1978-82 the Industrial Development Authority have set a target to create 1,100 new jobs in the Cork ring towns, including Clonakilty and Rosscarbery, and land owned by Cork County Council at Clonakilty and Rosscarbery is being actively promoted by the IDA for suitable industry.

It is understood that the authority at present have a number of small industry projects under negotiation for the two towns in question.
