asked the Minister for Education if he is aware that the TUI, and the conference of major religious superiors, have indicated that there are aspects of the community schools' deeds of trust which they would like to discuss with him subsequent to any signing; if he will itemise the issues raised; and if changes may subsequently be made in the deeds as a result of further discussions.

I have not been informed by the organisations in question of any such proposals for discussion of aspects of the deeds of trust and, accordingly, I have no comment to make in relation to the matter.
