Vol. 317 No. 9

Written Answers. - H-Block Prisoner.

334.

asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he is aware that a prisoner (details supplied) still in his teens in H-Block at the Maze has not had a visit since he was sent there two-and-a-half years ago and if he will make a strong protest to the British authorities.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs had inquiries made about this case with the British authorities and was informed that the prisoner concerned declines to exercise his right to request monthly visits, to which, however, he remains entitled.
