My Department are at present awaiting the receipt of sketch plans from the Commissioners of Public Works for Stage II of St. Helen's national school, Portmarnock, County Dublin. When the sketch plans are approved and an estimate of cost is available a grant will be sanctioned towards the cost of the scheme. It is not possible at present to say when building work may commence.
