The EEC Commission's proposals for the development of agriculture in the West of Ireland and on integrated development programmes for the Belgian province of Luxembourg, the department of Lozere in France and the Western Isles of Scotland were published, along with other Commission proposals for improving policy on agricultural structures, in the Official Journal of the European Communities, C 124, Volume 22 of 17 May 1979, a copy of which is available in the Library of the House.
