Vol. 319 No. 4

Written Answers. - Headage Grant.

187.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason a headage grant has not been paid to a farmer (details supplied) in County Cork.

The Department are not satisfied that this herd is a single unit as required by the terms and conditions of the cattle headage payments scheme. Investigations have been proceeding and it is expected that they will be completed shortly. A decision can then be reached on the question of payment of a grant.
