Vol. 319 No. 10

Written Answers. - Issue of Land Bonds.

187.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reasons the Land Commission have not issued land bonds to a person (details supplied) in respect of land at Callan, County Kilkenny.

Before lands the subject of voluntary sale can be vested in the Land Commission and land bonds representing the purchase money issued, the vendor's title must be examined and passed by the Commission's Examiner of Title. I understand that in the case referred to the relevant title documents have not yet been lodged with the examiner.
