asked the Minister for Education if any recent policy decisions have been made regarding the future of the schools in the inner city of Dublin, especially in Marlborough Street, in view of the concern resulting from the dwindling number of pupils and if he will make a statement indicating his intentions with regard to the future development of these schools.

No recent policy decisions have been made regarding the future of the schools in the inner city area of Dublin.

Arrangements are being made for a joint working party of the managerial associations and the Department to examine the position and to furnish a report to me.
