I am not so aware. I have approved the preliminary report for the mid-Galway regional water scheme and the preparation of contract documents for Stage I of the scheme. The further planning of the scheme is now a matter for Galway County Council.
I think Deputy Donnellan's question refers to the first stage. I understand—if I am wrong perhaps the Minister will correct me—that the whole scheme cannot get under way until it is sanctioned. Is there any first stage because, according to my information, there is not?
