The grant will be paid when an inspection has been carried out and the inspector can certify that the house has been satisfactorily completed and is occupied by the applicant. On a previous inspection the house was unoccupied. The inspector has been asked to call again as soon as possible.

The application from the first person named is for a house improvement grant and from the second for a new house grant. The grants will be paid when inspections have been carried out and the inspectors have certified that payments are in order. The inspections will be carried out as soon as possible.
